How to book an appointment

For MRI appointments, call 604-998-1113.

For all other appointments, call 604-987-9729.

Our staff are available to schedule your appointment Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Please note: all examinations require a completed requisition form signed by your doctor.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require 48 hours notice or a missed appointment fee of $75.00 will be charged.

Some examinations require advance preparation.
